About Linda

Hi there! Thank you so much for visiting my website. My name is Linda Pierno, and I have been working in the Education industry for 37+ years as a Teacher, Librarian, Tutor, Admissions Director, Assistant Principal, and everything in between! I have my Master's Degree in Education. My classroom experience includes, but is not limited to, being a homeroom teacher from 1st through 8th grades and as a middle school math teacher. To better serve my students with learning differences, I became Orton-Gillingham Trained. I tutor in-person and remotely, specializing in reading, phonics, writing, math, and organizational skills. I am currently based in Clifton, VA, but can work virtually with students from anywhere!
